2. Product Orders and Payments

2.1 Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • We strive to ensure product availability, but we do not guarantee stock at all times.

2.2 Payment Methods

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as listed at checkout.

  • All payments must be made in full before an order is processed.

2.3 Order Confirmation

  • You will receive an email confirmation after placing an order. If you do not receive one, please check your spam folder or contact us: concierge@elementalcacao.com.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violations of our policies.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Shipping Policies

  • We currently ship orders within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate prior to completing the order.

  • At this time, we do not process international online orders.

Warm Weather Shipping:

During warmer months, we may delay shipments to ensure products arrive in good condition. This may occur if weather or transit conditions pose a risk of melting or damage.

If a significant delay is anticipated, we may reach out to the customer via email or phone.

To prevent heat damage, orders placed after Wednesday may be held and shipped the following week to avoid extended time in carrier warehouses over weekends or holidays.

Orders shipped during summer may include ice packs.

We aim to fulfill orders promptly, usually by the next business day. However, delivery times may vary. For guaranteed delivery dates or destinations in warm climates (e.g., Arizona, Southern California, Florida), we recommend using UPS Air or USPS Priority Express.

We use eco-friendly and recyclable packaging materials whenever possible to reduce environmental impact.

3.2 Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Once an order is shipped, the risk of loss transfers to the customer.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged items so we can resolve the issue.

  • If an issue is confirmed, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue store credit.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 We do not accept returns. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for:

Products that arrive damaged due to our error (not including damages caused by improper storage, melting, or handling after delivery).

4.2 Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at concierge@elementalcacao.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and proof of purchase.
